It is with great excitement we share with you that the Minnesota School Counselor Association 2024 Conference will be held November 3 through 4 at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC).

Approximately 300 participants (Licensed Professional K-12 School Counselors, Post-Secondary School Counselors, Graduate Students, Exhibitors from the educational systems, as well as businesses from the private and public sector) from the entire state of Minnesota will be in attendance.

The Minnesota School Counselors Association (MSCA) conference continues to train and educate Licensed School Counselors with the vision to advance their level of expertise as well as help them to collaboratively better serve, support and educate students and families. The conference is held over multiple days and attendees will have the opportunity to select from over 40 different breakout sessions as well as be educated and inspired by illuminating keynote speakers.

To host an amazing event, the Minnesota School Counselor Association is seeking your participation as a conference exhibitor, sponsor, and/or donor.

Your support of students and families in your communities is invaluable! We are looking forward to highlighting partners from the state of Minnesota.

To become a sponsor or donor, refer to this sponsor/donor form, which details sponsor benefits and includes a form and address to send your sponsorship check.

If you have questions about being an exhibitor or sponsor, please feel free to contact us by email [email protected] or call 612-428-3203 (M-F, 9 am to 5 pm); staff will reply directly and/or forward your inquiry to the appropriate conference committee volunteer.

Thank you in advance for your support of the tens of thousands of students across our state as well as the Minnesota School Counselor Association.
