Chef Marshall O’Brien

www.chefmarshallobrien.com

The Chef Marshall O’Brien Group’s mission is to educate and empower people to achieve quality lives through smart nutrition. We strive to teach people that nourishing is different from eating. When we eat nourishing food, we perform better in everything we do. The group is made up of chefs, dietitians, researchers, writers and videographers.

The role of the researchers and dietitians is to understand current best nutrition practices and translate these practices into the right foods that produce the desired results. Since people will only eat the right foods if they taste good, our chefs use the recommended foods to create recipes that taste great. We call this “Putting Delicious in Nutritious.”

The Chef Marshall O’Brien Group works with child care providers, schools, the YMCA, fire, police and public works departments, cities and corporations on staff wellness and nutrition strategies that help all people perform better. You may have seen Chef Marshall on television–he regularly appears on Fox9 in the Twin Cities, where he is a trusted voice for Smart Nutrition.
