It is with great excitement we share with you that the Minnesota School Counselor Association 2023 Conference will be held November 5 through 6 at the Mayo Clinic Health System Event Center in Mankato.

Approximately 300 participants (Licensed Professional K-12 School Counselors, Post-Secondary School Counselors, Graduate Students, Exhibitors from the educational systems, as well as businesses from the private and public sector) from the entire state of Minnesota will be in attendance.

The Minnesota School Counselors Association (MSCA) conference continues to train and educate Licensed School Counselors with the vision to advance their level of expertise as well as help them to collaboratively better serve, support and educate students and families. The conference is held over multiple days and attendees will have the opportunity to select from over 40 different breakout sessions as well as be educated and inspired by illuminating keynote speakers.

To host an amazing event, the Minnesota School Counselor Association is seeking your participation as a conference exhibitor, sponsor, and/or donor.

  • The cost for an exhibitor booth is $500 through September 1, 2023 (price increases to $650 through September 28).
  • Our sponsorship opportunities range from $250 to $5,000.
  • Donations for our registrant “swag bags” and prizes for games would also be welcome!

Your support of students and families in your communities is invaluable! We are looking forward to highlighting partners from the state of Minnesota.

MSCA 2023 Conference Planning Volunteers


Included with your 8’ x 10’ Booth:

  • 8’ black curtain on the back and 3’ black curtain on sides of the booth; 
  • One 8’ skirted table, 2 chairs, and
  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations (per day) with each paid booth space.


Your exhibit fee covers two (2) company representatives to staff your booth per day. The representatives included in your exhibit fee may attend breakout sessions, take advantage of snacks served in the Exhibit Hall and attend the Awards luncheon.

Service Contractor
The Mayo Clinic Health System (MCHS) Event Center is the official service contractor for the 2023 Minnesota School Counselor Association Conference.
The MCHS Event Center has a form that features Exhibitor Information and additional services and/or furniture rental options (a link will be added when it becomes available).

Exhibitors can start setting up at 8:00 am Central on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
Doors open for attendees at 12:00 Noon on Sunday, through 5:00pm.

The Exhibit Hall opens at 9:40am on Monday, and exhibitors can pack up starting at 4:20pm.

Exhibitor Payment Policies:

  • All exhibitor registrations and fees must be paid prior to attending the conference.
  • Exhibitors are requested to pay in advance for the 2023 Conference. Payment for 2023 Early Bird exhibitors must be received before September 1, 2023. If Early Bird booth registrations are not paid by September 1, 2023, the fee will revert to the regular rate.
  • The exhibitor registration deadline for the 2023 Conference is 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
  • All registrations must be paid in full by 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
  • Exhibitor registrations submitted after Thursday, September 28, will be charged a $100 late fee if there is space available.
  • If a written cancellation notice is received by Thursday, September 28, you will receive a refund, less a less a $100 administrative charge. Cancellations received after Thursday, September 28, are nonrefundable. Notices of cancellation must be emailed to [email protected]
  • No-shows will not receive a refund.
