Volunteer at the ASCA Conference in Minneapolis this summer!

Volunteer needs include:
Session Monitors- The easiest way to volunteer! For the sessions you already plan to attend, take on the role of introducing the presenter, distributing any handouts, and collecting evaluations.
Local Information Table- Have fun sharing information with attendees about Minneapolis attractions and amenities
Registration – Handout conference packets and greet attendees. Be one of the first faces they see welcoming them to conference!
Ticket Collectors – Collect tickets for an ASCA lunch.
Exhibit Hall Set-Up – Meet the exhibitors and help get the Exhibit Hall ready for the opening reception
Float – Be on-call on a conference day to help with any of the above tasks in case of a volunteer cancellation or no-show.

To be eligible to volunteer you should be registered for the ASCA conference. You can volunteer by returning a printable form to Jill Salo at jilsal@stfrancis.k12.mn.us or by using the form below.You will receive a confirmation ticket with dates and times via email after you fill in the information below with specific instructions.
ASCA will provide a $25 gift certificate (per volunteer) to be used during the conference and an official ASCA certificate of appreciation. These items will be produced by ASCA and given to the on-site chair for distribution to volunteers.
